New product Launches
Product Development starts with the creation of an idea, it’s designing followed by rigorous sampling exercise and then a careful selection of those samples before being presented in the market.
Design
The primary purpose of product design is to understand the customers' requirements. Our well qualified and experienced designers have regular interaction with the marketing personnel at the global level to keep themselves acquainted with latest trends and styles at the world market.
The next step in the design process is conceptualizing the new product. At this stage, the designers have a brainstorming session, where they submit all their ideas in the form of sketches. The best of which are short-listed and converted into a product form. The finalized interpretation of the new design is converted into a small sample, which becomes the basic reference of the new product.
Sample Development
The underlying philosophy of the company is “ Do it right, first time” i.e. eliminating any design errors right at the start of the process. This is imperative to avoid unnecessary wastage of time and productivity. This is a crucial phase in the product development process, where samples are created by sample shop based on the final designs approved by the designers. Then these are tested meticulously for performance and durability in all parameters in order to finalise the design.
Our state-of-the-art sample shop has excellent manufacturing facilities and a fully
committed workforce of 6 developers, which are essential to ensure that the exact design specifications are accurately incorporated in the samples.
Testing/ Quality
We believe in supplying only the highest quality products and stand behind them. We continue to invest in testing and production technology to ensure a high level of quality in our products. Even at different stages of production, multiple quality checks are carried out which reinforce the stringent quality norms adopted by the company.
Production Centers
Which are strategically located around the country, house about 100 looms and employ approximately a
250 persons. Our main production centre at Ghazibad has a product development center, dyeing facility, quality control, showroom, packing. Warehouse and sample archives. OR WE CAN TALK OF THE FACTORIES WE HAVE ATE DIFFERENT PLACES LIKE JINDAL NAGAR, PATPARGANJ, PANIPAT AND
GHAZIABAD.
